Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are reasons acceptable for valid returns or refunds.
1. Dead On Arrival:
If the item is already damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as you can. You can do that by writing us at support@joseod.com and we will sort it out for you.
2. Wrong Item:
This is rare but if ever we sent a wrong item to you please contact us as soon as you can. You can start a live chat on our website or send us an email to support@joseod.com. You can also visit http://returns.joseod.com
"Change of mind" Is not an acceptable reason for a refund or return, If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP before your order goes into production. Usually, we start production as soon as we receive orders but there is a 24hour window in case you decide to change your mind. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel and issue a refund.
